34 rooms and suites, all equipped with services, air conditioning, fridge, patio or equipped terrace.
They stand out in Comfort Garden View for 2 people, Junior Suites Deluxe up to 3 people, Junior Suites Deluxe Ocean View up to 4 people and Royal Suites Ocean View which can accommodate up to 5 people and consist of double room, room with 2 single beds , living room and terrace equipped.

THE BEACH 
The Resort overlooks a long private white-sand beach with a gently sloping backdrop.
It is equipped with sunbeds, Gazebo and is arranged on one of the most exclusive stretches of Malindi – Watamu Marine Park, known worldwide as "Sardegna 2". One of the top 5 most photographed beaches in East Africa

At the Restaurant "LIFE", buffet service and "à la carte" dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mediterranean cuisine and revised international dishes in fusion version, dishes prepared with ancient local and Italian recipes; fresh pastry prepared every day.
In addition, on reservation and for a fee, Terrace "Royal Palm" for light meals and "Candle Dinners" on the beach, where you can taste light dishes and tasty grills.

BAR 
Bar "The Sand" offers an informal service that is also ideal for the most discerning clientele.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check-in is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. Check out must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The Day Use, Early Check In or Late Check Out supplements may be requested at the front desk and will be
confirmed based on availability.

COMFORT
All rooms have private facilities with shower. The cleaning of the room are carried out daily;
The change of bedding is carried out on a midweek basis.

FORMULA
In addition to the wide range of activities at the seaside, the formula makes available the services of Baby
Sitting, SPA-Massages, Treatments, Excursions, Safari.
Some services and activities may not be available throughout the season and when necessary to better
manage the reception of incoming and departing guests.

EXCURSIONS AND SAFARI
The excursions are managed by external collaborators selected by LIFE RESORT ST. THOMAS ROYAL PALM.
For this reason, excursions and individual destinations may be modified or cancelled, without the LIFE RESORT ST. THOMAS ROYAL PALM may be held responsible in any way.
The course of the excursions is ensured only when the minimum number of participants communicated by
the on-site excursion offices reached.

CURRENCY
In THE LIFE RESORT ST. THOMAS ROYAL PALM is not allowed to pay in cash for the consumption at the bar
and the extra services offered within them: the only instrument allowed is the receipts issued by the managers of the service.
At check-in, you will need to provide your escrow credit card or issue a cash deposit.
At check-out, the credit card will be charged for the amount used; In the case of cash deposit, any remaining will be returned.
PAYMENTS
Checks are not accepted. All hotel services charges can be paid by credit card or cash up to the legal threshold in Euro, Dollars or Kenyan Shillings
